What "InvoiceDealers" Does And Does Not Mean

INVOICEDEALERS IS A TRADEMARK ONLY, AND DOES NOT IMPLY THAT ANY DEALER DOING BUSINESS WITH EITHER DEALIX OR A PARTNER OF DEALIX CAN OR WILL OFFER ANY VEHICLE TO ANY CUSTOMER AT “INVOICE” PRICE, “BELOW MARKET” PRICE, OR AT ANY SPECIFIED PRICE. All prices quoted, whether immediately or upon customer contact, and whether through an InvoiceDealers dealer or a Partner-affiliated dealer, are at the sole discretion of the selling franchised car dealer.

What "Invoice" Does And Does Not Mean

The following section applies only to the InvoiceDealers Comparison Shopping Service and does not pertain to other InvoiceDealers Channels.

The InvoiceDealers Comparison Shopping Service is designed to remove the inconsistency between different dealers' invoice amounts, creating a fair, honest, and up-front comparative system. However, it is nonetheless important to remember that "Invoice" and "Dealer Invoice" DO NOT REFLECT THE FINAL COST OF THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. They are useful solely, and intended here solely, as a publicly available and agreed-upon COMPARATIVE TOOL with which different dealers' pricing can be fairly evaluated. Dealix has attempted to account for the factors which can make the final dealer cost lower than the "dealer invoice" price. There is no warranty or assurance, however, that these best-effort calculations are absolutely accurate. As a result, Dealix listings DO NOT INDICATE OR PRESUME TO INDICATE that any vehicle cost any listed dealer any specific amount.

It is Dealix's intent and policy to be in good-faith compliance with state laws regulating automotive advertising. Therefore, "invoice-based" advertising is NOT AVAILABLE to dealers in restricted states. These dealers may still participate in the InvoiceDealers Comparison Shopping Service, but cannot provide up-front comparative pricing.

The InvoiceDealers Comparison Shopping Service is an advertising directory of automotive dealerships which have agreed to offer fixed, up-front pricing to InvoiceDealers visitors. Due to the rapidly changing nature of the auto retailing environment, dealer agreements with Dealix, if any, are considered temporary and non-binding on the dealer, DO NOT ALWAYS COVER ALL MODELS, AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REVOCATION WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME. Dealix has no control over whether or not a vehicle will be available at all, or will be made available by any listed dealer at the listed price at any given time. Although every effort is made to keep the listings current, Dealix takes no responsibility for outdated or superceded information found in InvoiceDealers.

Trusted Partner Buying Service Terms And Conditions

The following section applies only to the InvoiceDealers Trusted Partner Buying Service, and does not pertain to other InvoiceDealers Channels.

Dealix partners with certain other Internet car buying services to serve the needs of InvoiceDealers visitors who cannot be accommodated within the Dealix-operated channels. A disclosure of this relationship, as well as a clear link to the terms and conditions of the relevant Partner(s), is provided before the customer provides any personal information. These terms and conditions govern the customer’s interaction with and use of the Partner’s systems and services. Customers not agreeing to the Partner’s terms and conditions should not proceed beyond the page containing the link.

Customers who submit information through InvoiceDealers to an InvoiceDealers Partner become the customer of that partner. The Partner is responsible for handling all aspects of follow-up and service with the customer following the customer’s exit from InvoiceDealers. The business model(s) of the Partner shall prevail in all of its contacts with the customer.

The Buyer's Responsibilities

The following section applies only to the InvoiceDealers Comparison Shopping Service and the InvoiceDealers Buying Service, and does not pertain to other InvoiceDealers Channels, including but not limited to the InvoiceDealers Trusted Partner Buying Service.

Any prospective buyer considering the purchase of a vehicle form one of the sources listed on Dealix is solely responsible for the transaction, and Dealix expressly disclaims any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for the success or suitability of any business dealing. Final assessment of the fitness of the dealership for the buyer's business, the determination, fairness and accuracy of the purchase price, and the task of seeing the purchase through to its successful conclusion, is solely the buyer's responsibility.

Although every effort is made to insure correct information in the listings, the buyer should treat all data as preliminary and subject to change without notice, and must verify the data through independent contact of the dealership(s) in question.

Membership and listing pricing and terms are subject to change without notice.

We Are Not A Broker Or An Agent

Dealix does not function as a buyer's or seller's agent in any way, is not compensated based on a dealer's success or failure in consummating any transaction, and does not represent any party in any transaction. Dealix is solely an advertising and referral service which pairs interested buyers with sellers which MAY meet the buyer's conditions. Use of this Web site, either as a buyer or a seller, indicates your understanding of and consent to these conditions.

Execution In Good Faith

In all jurisdictions in which its business has effect, Dealix endeavors to comply in good faith with applicable rules and regulations. Due to the expansive nature of the Internet, it is not possible to be fully aware of all existing regulations which may affect the execution of the business of the InvoiceDealers web site.
